Apprenticeship Opportunity (KV EFZ, 2-3 Years)
 
Location: Basel, Switzerland, with the opportunity for international travels 
Start Date: August 2025 
Type: Full-time 

Mission:
As an apprentice supporting the CEO and Leadership Team at KVALITO, you will play an important role behind the scenes of strategic decision-making in an international, fast-paced business environment. Your mission is to ensure smooth processes for the executive team through reliable support, structured organization, and professional communication.
This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals who prefer practical, hands-on learning over traditional academic paths and want to make a meaningful contribution from day one. With exposure to leadership-level operations, global projects, and business-critical activities, this is the perfect foundation for your future career in management, entrepreneurship, consulting, or corporate administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide organizational and administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team
• Prepare presentations, reports, and relevant documents for leadership meetings and business reviews
• Coordinate appointments, schedules, and international travel arrangements
• Attend selected business meetings and assist with follow-ups and action items
• Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as required
• Learn and apply best practices in office management, communication, and leadership support

What You Bring:

• You communicate confidently in German and English (spoken and written)
• You hold a valid driver’s license and are willing to travel, including internationally
• You have a hands-on, flexible attitude and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
