You are a trustworthy teacher with empathy, a sense of humor, and a touch of idealism, committed to the well-being of our
students. With creative approaches, you inspire young people to engage with languages, especially French, ideally also English
or German.
In small learning groups averaging six students, you respond to the individual needs of our Ecolianers and create a framework
in which content is conveyed in a vivid and engaging way.
You actively enrich our holistic co-curricular program, particularly in music, performing arts, sports, art, or handcrafts. You can
imagine not only working here, but also living here and contributing to boarding school life.

What sets you apart:
University degree in English (or native English speaker combined with a degree in language studies)
Ideally experience teaching at lower secondary level (grades 7–9) and upper secondary level (Matura / university
entrance level)
Openness to new forms of learning

The Ecole d’Humanité is an international boarding school with a long tradition. Around 100 young people and 40
teachers from over 20 nations live and learn together in our unique school village.
To strengthen our learning community, we are looking for a committed and experienced professional starting in
mid-August 2026 as
