At School of Tomorrow, children from kindergarten through secondary level learn in mixed-age groups, through project-based learning, and at their own pace. We are a bilingual private school (German and English) with campuses in Zurich and Uster, working in accordance with the Swiss curriculum (Lehrplan 21).
For our youngest learners at the Sihlberg campus, we are looking for a kindergarten teacher for the 2026/27 school year who will guide a group with warmth, calmness, and clarity.
Deine Aufgaben
You lead a mixed-age kindergarten group as part of a small, well-established team.
You create a reliable, caring, and structured daily environment for the children, providing the sense of security they need at this stage of development.
You work closely with your colleagues and are part of a supportive team that values mutual cooperation.
You communicate with the children in German, allowing them to experience the language naturally in everyday life.
Anforderungsprofil
A teaching diploma for the kindergarten level recognized by the EDK (Swiss Conference of Cantonal Ministers of Education).
Native-level English speaker, conversational German required. You're familiar with everyday kindergarten life in Switzerland from personal experience.
Enjoyment in working with young children and a calm, present demeanor.
Openness to engaging with our way of teaching without abandoning your pedagogical foundations. We will meet you where you are.
