Institut International de Lancy, a private international school, welcomes more than 1500 pupils

The English Secondary Section is looking to recruit an experienced, dynamic and
motivated teacher for the following subject:

TOK Teacher

Required Qualifications

• A recognized teaching qualification (eg. PGCE) and experience teaching secondary
  school pupils;
• A Bachelor degree or equivalent;
• Experience teaching Theory of Knowledge and/or the IB Diploma Programme is
  highly desirable;
• Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• International teaching experience in a multicultural environment;
• IB experience would be beneficial;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• A working knowledge of French would be beneficial;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to foster critical thinking, inquiry and interdisciplinary learning;
• Ability and willingness to work as part of team within and across disciplines.

Rate occupation
4-6 periods per week depending on the candidate’s profile.

Type of contract
Fixed-term contract from 19 August 2026 to 31 August 2027.
