The International School Basel (ISB) is an English-language international day school for students from ages 3 to 18. The Position

ISB seeks to appoint a passionate and dedicated Teacher of German (Language and Literature) to join our Middle School Modern Languages Team. The successful candidate will teach German to our Middle School students in Grades 6 to 8 within the IB Middle Years Programme. Ideally the candidate could additionally teach Science and/or Individuals & Societies in German as part of our new Middle School Dual Language Programme.

Candidates applying for this role should have proven experience teaching in an international environment, ideally within an MYP context and hold a classroom teaching license and have a minimum of four years teaching experience. We will provide training to a successful candidate who does not have prior MYP experience.
