About the Role: As a Pre‐School Teacher in our bilingual programme, you will create a nurturing, engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environment where young children feel safe, valued and inspired to learn. You will deliver high‐quality, play‐based and inquiry‐led learning in English, supporting children’s early development across language, social, emotional, physical and cognitive areas. Working closely with your German‐speaking teaching partner, you will contribute to a cohesive and immersive bilingual experience, ensuring shared routines, aligned expectations and meaningful collaboration. You will observe, assess and document children’s progress and use these insights to plan next steps tailored to individual needs. Building warm, trusting relationships with families is a key part of the role, and you will communicate openly and professionally to support strong home–school partnerships. You will also contribute to the wider life of the school by participating in events, professional development and whole‐school initiatives, while always upholding safeguarding and wellbeing practices. Who We Are Looking For: •You are a native‐level English speaker with a strong understanding of early childhood development •You have a degree in Early Education (or a related field) and a recognised teaching qualification •You bring experience working in Early Years or Preschool settings •You use play‐based, child‐centred approaches to foster curiosity, confidence and independence •You are warm, patient, nurturing and responsive to young children’s needs •You communicate clearly and build positive relationships with children and parents •You enjoy working collaboratively in a bilingual and multicultural environment •Knowledge of German, Lehrplan 21, or bilingual schooling is an advantage How to Apply: Complete this application before the closing date: 30th April 2026 .
