your missions

• Support the overall deployment of the AP Talent Development strategy; 
• Lead the planning and execution of Talent reviews with the HRBPs, and Talent Champions worldwide: preparation, communication, training, committee facilitation; 
• Support the business in identifying our Talents and contributing to the implementation of personalized programs; 
• Collaborate with the Learning and C&B teams to activate specific development plans: internal mobility, assessment, coaching, mentoring etc.; 
• Implement and track KPIs to measure the impact of the Talent initiatives; 
• Stay current with best practices in Talent development and integrate them in our approach; 
• Partner with Managers and global HR community to co-create succession plans and tailored development paths. 

your profile

• 8+ years of experience in a similar function with good knowledge of Talent processes and change management; 
• Higher education in Human Resources or a related field; 
• Proven ability to drive individual and organizational development; 
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills;  
• Strategic thinking with results-oriented mindset; 
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, additional language are a plus; 
• Proficiency in digital tools (HRIS, talent platforms).
